You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Just to double c heck, I have a feeling we are not talking about http://matssederholm.wordpress.com/ are we? What is the URL of the blog we are talking about, starting with http?
-
Hi
The URL is exactly the one you’re suggesting.
You should see my name in the header, the same as with my email-id.
Sometimes I can log in(using either my username or my emailaddress) but when I click on administration I get the message “User … Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested”
But when I tried today I actually got it immediately.
And, I don’t know of any other login id’s than the one I now try with.
It was 2 years ago that I made my last post so I cannot guarantee I might have use another, admin-related Id.Doesn’t a wordpress administrator have the right/access to log in there, and upgrade my loginid to a admin-level?
Thanks so far

And just to make it clear, I have no problems logging in.
If I after the login, disregarding what message i got after thelogin, navigates to the page, I AM logged in and e.g. have the administration link clickable.Regards

Ok
Seems like this is a tricky one. Does anyone knows how to proceed, is there some kind of official wordpress support to contact?

re: The URL is exactly the one you’re suggesting.
Exactly which username account registered that blog? What I provided above when logged in as timethief was step by step how to determine which username account registered the blog and what to do if you do not know the answer to the question.

Hi
“Exactly which username account registered that blog?”
Well again, I can’t say, it obviously don’t seem to be the one I use now which is “mseder”. It only accepts a login, but don’t give me any admin privileges
“What I provided above when logged in as timethief was step by step how to determine which username account registered the blog and what to do if you do not know the answer to the question.”
Ehhh I don’t think I follow you, are you back to the may 24 10:40 pm post? If so, below is the result:
1 ” You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
That I can’t because I am not an Admin. This is the problem
2 ” Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the…”
Shows: All(0) Visible(0) Hidden(0)
3 ” If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ …. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility”
No I can’t see anything about a blog, probably because I’m not allowed to ( see step 2 result: All(0) Visible(0) Hidden(0) )
4 “If you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword”
OK, I can login with current account so my password is not lost, my problem is that my account don’t approve me to go into a admin-mode and so edit/create new posts etc
The “Account Recovery” gives me an error “Your contact email is the same as your account”
Do you really understand my problem?
I can login with a valid account but I can’t enter the admin page because it returns “You are logged in as “mseder” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard”
That’s itThanks

Hi Mats,
The blog http://matssederholm.wordpress.com/ is owned by a different WordPress.com account, so you’ll need to log in to that account to manage the blog.
Please fill out the form at https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery for assistance regaining access to that account. Under “What is your registered email address or username?” please check the box next to “I don’t know my registered email or username” (since you aren’t sure what email address or username owns that blog).
Our account recovery team will then get in touch via email to discuss the private details involved.

Hi
I f you read my previous post you can see that I’ve already tried this form, it returns “”Your contact email is the same as your account””
Does any see me simple problem?
“I can login with a valid account but I can’t enter the admin page because it returns “You are logged in as “mseder” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard”
That’s it”Regards

And also, even if check the box next to “I don’t…” it ends up changing the password for the account that I already have, and which already works, and which password I of course already know of.

Hi
Maybe below could bring this matter forward.
In my mailbox, and from 2012, I found a mail from wordpress.com ((email visible only to moderators and staff))
Translated from Swedish to english
Dear user
You recently requested a change regarding the administrator email-adress. If this is correct, please click on the following link in order to process the change
http://matssederholm.wordpress.com/wp-admin/adminemail/xxxxxxx (I removed the digits here for security reasons)Yoy can ignore this in case ….
This message was sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

And …
…of course I couldn’t avoid clicking on that confrmation link, and when doing that a page is shown with a text in bad swedish which translated means “You’re cheating right?”
Is this a joke? Or am I hacked or what?

I SOLVED IT!
The username I used when I made the posts reminded me of another mailadress i have, I used that mail-adress and asked to change the password, then I could login and access tha admin page.
This made my day and perhaps saved yours!
Thanks
