Dashboard Freezing

So I have a wordpress site managed by our local tech guy and I manage the content myself and have a login.
The pages aren’t loading, he said there’s no problem at his end. Help. It’s driving me nuts as I need to do updates and just can’t get into it.
I keep getting the error – Page is nor responsive. I’ve tried doing a DNS flush. -
What site are you talking about as we can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform.

Since your tech guy isn’t seeing an issue, the problem is likely localized to your specific browser or network connection rather than the site’s server. A ‘Page not responsive’ error often happens when a browser extension (like an ad-blocker) or a corrupted cache file hangs while trying to load the WordPress editor’s heavy scripts. Try opening your site in an Incognito or Private window first; if it loads there, you just need to clear your browser’s cookies and cache. If that doesn’t work, try accessing the site using a mobile hotspot on your phone instead of your local Wi-Fi—if the site loads on the hotspot, the issue is likely a firewall or security setting on your local router that is ‘blacklisting’ the site’s IP address after too many login attempts.
