Hi there,
Can you let me know what options you’re looking for? I can help you figure out if it’s possible here at WordPress.com. :)

Hi there,
Although some themes do have theme options, the other features you mentioned (like adding plugins, theme builders, and ecommerce options for a full online shop) aren’t available here at WordPress.com. However, you could do these things with a self-hosted WordPress site using the free software from WordPress.org. We have more details about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: WordPress.com and WordPress.org
If you decide to go that route, you can receive a full refund on your WordPress.com Premium upgrade within 30 days of purchase. I’d be happy to help you with that.
If you decide to keep your site hosted here at WordPress.com, I can help you figure out what your options are here. For example, you can read more about how themes work at WordPress.com here: Themes
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

wordpress.org sounds exactly what i have set up on my other site and what im after for my new site.
can you run me through the process of swapping it over please
:-) -
Sure thing! To set up a self-hosted WordPress.org site, you’ll need to find a website host and set up an account with them. Then, you can download and install WordPress at your new host.
Once your self-hosted site is set up, you can move your WordPress.com content to the new site with this guide: Moving a Blog
If you’d rather not deal with the process of setting up WordPress on your new host and moving your site over yourself, we do offer a guided transfer service that will do that part for you. That service also includes 2 weeks of personal support for your new site. We have details about that here: Guided Transfer
Please let me know if I can provide any further help with this. :)
