Dashboard submenu wont disappear

Hi all,
I have added a lot of taxonomies (categories) to a custom post type and the list of taxonomies wont go away. It just stays displayed on the screen and its in the way and I can work.
Does anyone know anything I can do to get it to go away?
The plugin JetEngine is the issue as I have tested it.
I have screenshots below for reference of the issue. Thanks for looking at my problem.

Only just started to build it though. Nothing really on the site.
Just building the info for the users selections.I just have added alot of taxonomies/categories.
Crocoblock/JetEngine support said its a WordPress issue and not their plugin, but their one possible recomendation was to reduce the number of taxonomies under the one custom post type.
I wouldn’t have thought that this would be an issue.
It did pop up when I was adding the taxonomies and I added quiet a few even though it had popped up as I thought there would be an easy fix.Any ideas without deleting the info I entered?
