Dashboard User search won’t function

    Whenever I try to search for Users via the Dashboard the page blanks out rather than returning results. I’ve tried 3 browsers to no avail. Any ideas?

    Hi jessicamariesage,

    I’ve tested the search on My Sites > People and it is loading without any issues on my end. Could you try accessing this page using a different WiFi network to see whether that helps? For example, home, work or cellular data.

    Come back to me if that doesn’t make any difference.
