Dashobard not loading, can't contact support

Hi there!
I would like to cancel my subscription, all future payments, and for my domain to be removed from wordpress. However, for weeks now I can’t contact support as these two messages appear constantly:
“We couldn’t load your concierge schedule. Please try again later”
and
“Please check your primary site’s jetpack connection”
Can you please assist?
I tried everything, starting from clearing the cache, cookies, added exceptions on addblock. I am a little sad in the lack of support and the lack of functionality on my http://www.dauntlessinspiration.com so I would like for my website and domain to be removed, as I am not willing to pay $400 per year for something I will not use.
Can you please assist and/or contact me?
This is urgent, and I would like for it to be solved as soon as possible.Thank you,
