  Ive just set up the free website with domain compeeze.wordpress.com
  do I get a database, do I get more than one
  what are the ftp settings

  You can’t upload a database nor do you have direct access to the database, nor does wordpress.com offers FTP. What are you trying to do?

  Wow how sad.. Ive got my own website written in php and looking for a new host provider.. II want to use at least 3 databases
  if you look at my site which is currently at https://www.000webhost.com/
  http://www.compeeze.co.uk the pages from there using database are charges and about

  gutted they dont offer ftp seriously lame
  was with virgin and they stopped their website hosting then went to BT and they offer basic ftp but for database you cant upload the sql file you have to enter each bit of data by hand, seriously lame that all these top providers dont offer simple ftp, and database facilities :(

  Think I will just have to host the site on my pc lol
  will be free and I can have as many email addresses as I want :D

  wordpress.com isn’t a hosting provider! wordpress.com is a platform to build websites.
  There are quite a lot of hosting providers that offers what you need; just search them with Google.

  It offers SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) and Database Access
  in its business packages
  and you can upload HTML on any of their hosting packages even the free one
  their hosting packages are starting @
  free
  Personal @£3 a month
  to eCommerce@£36 a month
  all give you some data to host your site!
  And their servers are stable unlike other sites who offer free hosting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
