Database Connection Error

    I have had a consistent issue over the past 3 weeks with my website being down. I contacted 3 people now and they said that they can fix the issue, but it still continues. Are you able to fix the problem within my site to allow me to get access into it again? I cannot even view the site from an outsiders perspective.

    If yes, this site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It looks like the site is hosted with Bluehost, and you would need to reach out to Bluehost support for help with that downtime. https://www.bluehost.com/contact
