Database integrated into WP

  I am looking for a way to integrate a database where project partners can register information about their project, a description, upload a few photos and tag the location on a map, maybe add categories, and that this information is made available in a search engine where I could search key words such as location or category, and get a list of projects that I could look at photos / descriptions / locations of. Any suggestions for how this could be done in an easy way?
