Database Update Required

I have a website name http://www.iosesolution.com
I have recently purchased hosting and restore the website date to the server. The hosting team fix all the problems. But now when i’m trying to login wp-admin it shows this message ‘WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version.
The database update process may take a little while, so please be patient.’
But I’m afraid if I update the WordPress latest version then my website will not work as it works on the theme.
so open my website http://www.iosesolution.com and let me know what can i do to reinstall the theme or install new themes or do all the stuff as wordpress admin.Thank you

The site iosesolution.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bigrock Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Bigrock also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
