Database Update Required

Hello everyone. I’ve trying to resolve below issue by myself, but it’s too BIG for my less skills.
Everything started when I’ve upgraded wordpress up to 3.9.1 version.
All steps went smooth, but when I want to log in to my profile, edit it, edit new post or change something on the page, below information appears:
Database Update Required
WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version.
The update process may take a little while, so please be patient.
Update WordPress Database
Once I click the Update WordPress Database, another webpage with other information appears:
Update Complete
Your WordPress database has been successfully updated!
Continue
Once I click “Continue” button, the story begins again…

What can I do with it? How can I manage my account or log in to my profile?!
Please help me anyone!!! -
We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
