Date and time format and ”Week starts on” option

    How do i set the ”Week starts on” and date and time format on the free version of WordPress.com? I tried searching in settings->general but it didn’t show up there

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The option you mentioned is on the wp-admin dashboard. Please click here to access the General Settings page on wp-admin for your site. You’ll find the options you mentioned there.
