Hi there, what is the address of your daughter’s site, if it is different from the one connected to your username account?
If your daughter has her own WordPress.com account she can log in to her own account and then head to the Purchases page to cancel the renewal. Here’s more information on cancelling her upgrade plan: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/

As @justjennifer said above, you/your daughter would need to be logged into the correct account to cancel and refund the recent renewal. It looks like someone has already cancelled some of the upgrades, and we’ve issued a partial refund, but some other upgrades are still present on the account.
Otherwise, please contact our billing support team directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged, as we’ll need to verify you’re the card owner before we can refund charges under a different account, and we can’t do that verification here in the public forums.
