    Hello,

    I work for a company called DAZN, who have a WordPress site: https://media.dazn.com/

    Unfortunately out Admin has left and hasn’t passed on details, but we need a new page made and another admin account. PLEASE call me on [redacted] or the email given.

    This is a matter of huge priority.

    Hi there,

    All signs point to the fact that your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site.

    To clear up any confusion, self-hosted WordPress sites and WordPress.com are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

    I would also touch base with your site host to see if they can assist you with this issue.
