deactivate theme

Hi, I think I have messed it up.
I bought a couple of weeks ago a theme ‘minimum’ which I was not too happy at the end. I have bought also an upgrade bundle back then. Now I finally found my desired theme but I can’t load it. There is no option displayed as described in the help. I guess I have to deactivate the primary theme first, right? As I want to keep my site address and if possible also the mail I tried as I explained in the help to change the user e-mail of my desired site to an other e-mail address. then to activate this new site and logging out.
Well now I’m completely lost and hopefully still somebody can help me. My desired blog name is aslanamstad.wordpress.com. and I simply want to get the minimum theme to be away (de-activated) so that I can load my new theme and for which I am allowed since I have bought an upgrade. Can somebody help me? Any suggestion much appreciated. the current blog amstadaslan.wordpress.com is not needed and was only meant as a dump for the old theme.
the correct mail address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) with which I have bought the theme and the upgrade etc. Please help

Did you buy the theme from outside WordPress.COM? If so you are out of luck – you can’t upload third party themes to WordPress.COM – it is a security and reliability issue – the themes here are highly modified to run here
Ask for a refund from where you bought the theme – a common error
