deactivated a plugin error

i installed a plug in verifymate email verificationl, as soon as i installed it, i lost admin power. when i try to deactivate thisplug in, it says an error occured. i need this deactivated

Hi @scottlutton, you should be able to deactivate VerifyMate without going through WP Admin. Log in to WordPress.com, open the Hosting Dashboard, and select Plugins > Manage plugins. Choose VerifyMate, find
pnwpeptideslabs.com, and switch Active off, then try opening WP Admin again. -
