Deactivated account

    I’m slowly building my WordPress website myself and logged on today to edit more and was met with a page saying this account has been deactivated, no warning or explanation! I will be mortified if I have lost everything I have already done how can I recover it? It suggests contacting support but no contact info was given

    Oh no! Can you confirm what site gave you that message? The site you listed seems to be active, and I don’t see any others on this account. Also, if your site was hosted then deactivated here with us, it would have a link to contact for an appeal.

    If the site was with a different hosting provider, they may handle that differently — do you know how to get in touch with them?
