Deactivating old account

  I need to deactivate an old account that is using an email address that I no longer have access to. I am the owner of the account, but it keeps charging me every month and I have not used the site in like 10 years. You must have some way of verifying my identity and deactivating the account.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  If and only if those charges are made by wordpress.com, it’s very easy to restore access by using the transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
