Deactive Entire Account

  Hello,

  I have decided in going forward with deactivating the entirety of my account and any relevancies: xtinaeve, therainatmidnight.wordpress.com, and ichristinatran.com. I have no use to continue blogging as of this moment and would like any enclosed information to be permanently deleted. However, there was an issue when trying to deactivate and the site informed me to contact your Support team. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  Hi there,

  I see that you were able to delete the site successfully under your account. In the past, users were not able to delete their site when they had a premium theme attached to it, as is your situation. However, we have fixed that issue and it looks like you were able to delete the site despite having the theme still connected.

  Are you now trying to delete the entire account and are encountering issues?

  Thank you for your quick response. I appreciate it! Yes, unfortunately I am looking to deactivate the entirety of my accounts affiliated for I have not had any use for it the past year or so – I figured until I have the time devoted to pick back up into it, I’ll do it again.

  There were indeed issues as I was trying to do it myself. It had stated for me to reach out to staff due to “system error.”

  At what point in the process are you seeing that error? When you click on the Close Account option, after you’ve entered your username to confirm, or somewhere else?

  Can you also please try and copy the exact text of the error message for me?
