Death threats after the disclosure of copyright-infringement on another blog

    Hi there,

    I am a dissident Iranians living in Germany. I have written several blog posts about theft on another wordpress-blog: http://tangsir2569.wordpress.com/2014/07/29/wie-iranisches-entgegenkommen-von-turken-beantwortet-wird/

    The accused persons did blackmail me to stop doing that and now that I didnt react to their blackmail, they publish my name and address, which they think is valid.

    As I am very critical of the Mullah-Regime in Iran and disproved the claims of the site parseundparse.wordpress.com they want my death through publishing my personal data.

    Their claim is that “Zionists” want to kill almost the half of the world population. I pointed out that there is no evidence for that: http://tangsir2569.wordpress.com/2012/01/30/die-weltredaktion-pp-analusiert-geopolitik/

    As an Iranian that supports Israel, even in Germany I am in very grave danger. These people know that too and want to silence me.

    The person I wrote about, said that because of the crimes of Israel, it is legitimate that civilans in Europe die. The pressure from my site forced her to change her text on her blog :

    But now she works with the blog parseundparse.wordpress.com to silence me, because I didnt delete this blog post as she prompt me to do.

    It would be nice if someone from wordpress could help me, because these people have violated the terms of use of wordpress repeatedly and I dont think that WordPress will allow others to use their platform to promote violence or to publish personal data which will result in violence against a blogger or ewven his death.

    Uh, huh.

    Death threats are not a WordPress.com issue. They are a police issue. Take them to the police if they constitute a direct threat.

    “Everyone in Europe should die” is not a direct personal threat.

    If you find a blog that is in violation of the terms of service, report it via the drop-down menu on the left hand side of the admin bar.

    I alread used the report menu but didnt get any notification or answer.

    The threats have being published on wordpress and also my name and address. As I read in the term of services, diffamation without any evidence is a violation.

    Even when this is an issue for the police, the violation of TOS should concern wordpress. Other blogs have suspended for less.

    Perhaps the non- or late reaction to my report is because the posts are all in Ferman language.
