  I am still having trouble with accessing the links. It keeps circling around. I click on the email support and it tells me to go to the homepage. I do that and it tells me to click on email support. I received an email about debt on the account which I want to resolve.

  I want t to resolve my debt on the account. I am still having trouble finding out what the debt is. I sent an email as well. I am not sure if it went through.

  I am still having issues with getting in touch with contact support. I want to resolve the debt on the account. I am not able to get in contact with contact support when I try to find the link to send an email. It takes me in circles. Is this because I don’t have a paid subscription?

  Hi @alextd33, can you clarify? What is the debt on the account? If you can send the gist of any message or error you’re getting, that will help.

  Also, if you have an email from us asking for a payment, could you check to see what address that was sent to? And is it the same one you see here? If not, please log out, then log in with the email address that has the payment reminder. Thank you!
