  hi its not for this site but for another one i manage says There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. but there has not been any email

  It sounds like the site is using the open source WordPress.org software rather than our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  Please provide the site URL in question so we can take a look.
