Debug error

    I am currently using WordPress with Amazon AWS and yesterday I suddenly got an error that said ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ I cannot access my files and do not understand how to fix this problem, please help! I don’t have the site backed up anywhere and I will be devastated if I lose all my hard work.
