Decided to switch from WIX to Word Press

  I am within my 14 trial membership to cancel my premium WIX account. I want to make sure I can transfer my domain name to Word Press before I do so. My domain name is https://www.dabuddysystem.com/.

  The primary reason is that the first professional services person didn’t show up to our appointment and the second one called me ‘ridiculous’ for not signing up with his company today.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Due to regulations imposed on all domain registrars, domain cannot be transferred within 60 days of registration, but you can map the domain for now instead: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  After 60 days have passed, if you’d like, you can transfer it: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
