Default Arrangement of Posts

For the life of me, I can’t seem to find the setting where I can change the arrangement of my posts on my site with the newest post on top — the way a standard blog should be. My posts are arranged alphabetically by default and I have no idea why. Would really appreciate the help!

I think your posts being arranged alphabetically is just a coincidence. All your posts appear correctly to me with the newest at the top and the oldest at the bottom apart from the very first post. Have you accidentally (or on purpose) set that as a “sticky” post so that it will always stay at the top? You did title it “First”. Sticky posts can be useful as an introduction to yourself and what your site is about. You can edit it in the post editor by clicking the “mark as sticky” top right and then “update” on the left to move it to its correct place in your site if you want. Otherwise any new post you publish will continue to be second in the list. Here are more details about the theme you are using:-

No, the “First” post was actually my first entry — so I expected to see it at the very bottom of the page. But it looks like it was marked as a sticky! Maybe I did click on it by accident. My bad.

    Thank you for the help!
