Default Home button in TwentyTen

  There are default Home and About buttons in this Theme. I have managed to post an entry for the About page, but cannot work out how to do the same for the Home page. I can’t find how to edit/create the page. I tried creating a new page I entitled ‘Home’, but that just means I now have 2 Home buttons, one with content, one without! Help.

  The Home page is where all of your posts are at, you can’t edit that.

  However, you can adjust them menu itself as desired following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
