  How do I reset my account back to original default settings whilst keeping my URL and account itself? I just want to start website creation from scratch as I’ve done something wrong which I can’t undo.

  Can you describe what went wrong, or what looks wrong on your website? I can help you undo it or fix it without having to erase what you’ve done up to now.
