Delaying a payment

  Can I delay a payment so I can offer a free trial to my clients but still have it set up as a recurring payment subscription?

  No you can’t. All wordpress.com plans must be paid at the moment you order them. However there is a 96 hours refund for domain names and 30 days refund for wordpress.com plans, https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  We should probably clarify what kind of a product we’re talking about here.

  Are you asking about WordPress.com plans, as starrtmees suspects? Or are you talking about offering a subscription product/service yourself and wondering if WordPress.com can help you set up a “free trial” for the subscription?
