delete a blog page

I am sitting up my blog page. I think I am finished so I log in like I’m someone wanting to read my blog. What comes up is Introduce Yourself. I don’t want those to be blog pages for me, but 1. I don’t know how to delete them and 2. is there a way that I can set this up. so, when the blog is opened, the reader can choose what he/she wants to read? I’ve probably not set this up correctly. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Sure, it’s mostly set up that way already now, but if there’s something you want to do differently (like showing a list of post titles, for example) send more details.
