Delete a comment on an old blog that is no longer active

Hi! I added a comment on a blog post several years ago. The blog is no longer active. The owner has tried to delete the comment, however, it does not work. Could you please help me? 🤞

WordPress.com doesn’t interfere one someone’s website on demand. Only the owner of the site can delete a comment – https://wordpress.com/support/comments/#edit-or-delete-a-comment-you-made
If that site is running on the wordpress.com platform, the owner find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/comments/#comment-actions. If it’s a self-hosted site, https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/comments-in-wordpress/#managing-incoming-comments
