Delete a single file from my blog

  After I deleted a PDF from my blog, the file is still available.
  Why is that so? How can I finally delete the file ?
  Please see https://islamprinzip.files.wordpress.com/2016/07/das-islam-prinzip_03g_20p.pdf which I have deleted on December 11, 2016 but is still available.

  Hi Eckhardt,

  The URL https://islamprinzip.files.wordpress.com/2016/07/das-islam-prinzip_03g_20p.pdf produces a 404 — File not found error message. So the file has been deleted. I think it mike take longer for PDF files to be removed from the media library than image files, which are removed immediately upon deletion. You may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention.
