Delete a website

    My company previously had a website via wordpress (the URL is https://marketingmco.wordpress.com). We recently created a new website on a different server and lost access to this one when we deactivated the email address associated with it. We would like to remove it entirely from the website as it no longer represents the company accurately.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a PayPal transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.

    We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.

    However, if there’s personal information on your blog, I would be happy to set it to private for you so search engines and users can’t access it – just let me know.
