  In order to facilitate the deletion of your account, we’ll first need to downgrade your Business Plan site fully to a free site, which could result in the loss of any content created with plugins.

  I’m sure this is what you want, but as it could result in data loss, we do need to ask for confirmation first.

  I thought my website was already on a free plan, I don’t have any plugins anymore.
