    I tried deleting account. It says

    We are still in the process of removing one or more of your sites. This process normally takes 15-20 minutes. Once removal is completed, you should be able to close your account from this page.

    Hi there,

    To be able to close your account, I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
