Hi there,
In order to close your account we’ll first need to revert your site, iglesiadejesucristopalabramielli.wordpress.com, back to how it was before you installed plugins on our Business Plan. This will cause all content you added from that moment onwards to be lost, so please confirm if we should proceed with that.
Please don’t post into threads created by other users.
Only someone logged into an account can close it. You can do that from the account settings screen:
We do not close accounts on behalf of someone under any circumstances.
Your account did buy an upgrade from us in July last year, which you then went ahead and disputed with your bank by filing a chargeback against us, rather than just asking us for a refund.
If you’re seeing a message on the Close Account screen that your account cannot be closed, it’s because your account is still locked due to that chargeback. In that case you’ll have to pay the chargeback fee that’s been added to your account at https://wordpress.com/checkout/ to remove that lock first.
