Why when I go through the process of deleting entire wordpress account it takes a me all the way through but doesn’t delete. I have done this numerous of times and still nothing

I don’t see anything that would be preventing that for your account.
Are there any error messages when you follow https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/ ?
