Delete Account

  I would like to delete my account, I currently do not have any use for this account and have it linked to an email that I use daily and refuse to make a fake email just to free it up. How do I get WordPress to delete my account?

  Since accounts are never deleted http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/ , you can continue using an email that you use daily or choose to create and use one that you’ll never see. It’s up to you.

  Many email accounts allow you to create either an alias account under your main email account that still delivers to your inbox or a derivative account like myaccount+abcATjmailDOTcom. After creating that address, changing your WPcom account to that address and confirming that address, you can then use a mail filter in your email program to either archive or delete mails delivered to that address.
