  Not immediately, you’ll have to wait 30 days. But why would you delete your current account to create a new account?

  As staartmees notes, can you share why you would want to delete the account and then start a new one with the same email?

  Are you perhaps trying to delete a site owned by this user account rather than delete the whole user account?
