delete account and not be billed

  I received notice of billing. I want to cancel my site as well as my account and not be charged or receive a refund. Please let me know the best way to do this. I see that from the dashboard I can end my account. Does this also delete my site?

  You don’t own any upgrades on WordPress.com. For what site did you receive this notice, and at which email address?
