  I need to cancel my wordpress account and stop paying $99 a year for something i don’t use. If i am charge in the coming months i will not be happy. please end these charges so i don’t have to worry about them. this is the second time i have tried to contact the company with zero response the first time. I would like this resolved.

  I am not seeing autorenewal set up for your site. So if you do not renew manually, your upgrade/domain-registration will simply expire. You will receive expiration reminder emails, but you can feel free to ignore them.
