delete already used domain

  Hello there,
  i just want to ask, if its possible to get a [dot]wordpress[dot]com domain that is already in use but not updated for 2 years. Actually i want to have the itscasual.wordpress.com domain, bt the user who have still that domain isnt active on wordpress for 2 years. so my question is: Is it possible to delete the blogsite of that user, so i can get the domain???Thanks u very much for help,

  Your only chance is to leave a comment on the site asking them if they will transfer the blog to you.

  Once a blog is deleted the name is never recycled and is gone forever even from the people that had the name originally.
