delete and can't add menu, categories, attribute,

Hello,
Today at +-8pm I checked my website and no menu on this page so i go on the dashboard and i seen all categories, menu, attribute were delete…
I would like to create it but I can’t, when I F5, nothing create…
So my website is broken and i want to fix fastly..
I have add wordfence yesterday, that’s be the problem?
i dont know how fix it

I have found a cracked plugin on the web and I have add it to my website but it was a shell that create a lot html page for good seo and when I delete it, the shell auto destruct the website…
So I take a backup and clean all files.
After that I reupload all on my server and 24hours after, no menu, no categories, no attributes… So I set up the back up back and 3 hours after the same problem…It’s very ennuying because I have published the website everywhere…
I have made a full scan with the antivirus of Plesk and no detection…
