Delete and don’t renew my plan

    please delete my account and site and please do not renew and remove my card from the system ..thanks a lot!!

    Hi there,

    I see that you already deleted your account, however, there is no history of payments under your account. Therefore, if you do have an upgrade that has been auto renewed in the past, it must be a different account. I would make sure that you don’t have another account.
