  I want to delete my blog. But it is not possible to delete my blog via tools -> delete site
  i only can change it in a private site

  You have a domain registration (philipp-schmidt.com) attached to your blog.

  In order to delete your blog, I would need to either cancel your domain (it cannot be refunded, and I can’t guarantee you’ll be able to re-register it later) or move the domain to a different WordPress.com blog.
