  I want to only build a website, I do not want to blog. How do I get rid of the blog page all together please?

  Hi,

  See the Set a Static “Home” Page (Front Page) support page. Setting the front page to display a static page rather than the blog page will not delete the blog page, but it will effectively hide it.
