Delete blog confirmation email missing

  I am not receiving the delete blog confirmation email. There are three blogs I’d like to delete… and I’ve looked through filters and what not and whitelisted wordpress but still nothing.

  I have one more concern;
  Is it possible to move my existing blog URL http://www.teaandme.se from : http://teaandtrouble.wordpress.com/
  to another of my blogs:
  http://teaandyoga.wordpress.com/
  and delete
  http://teaandtrouble.wordpress.com/
  as well?
  ????
  I only want to keep ONE blog:
  http://teaandyoga.wordpress.com/ with my own URL http://www.teaandme.se (Binero)
