delete blog link in email is not working

  Hi, I am trying to delete my blog and the link http://reubenwiermusic.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=delete-blog&h=ZBsUTE2FH7tix1DXw0Qq is not active.

  If you want I can delete the blog for you. Note that deletion is permanent and the blog name can never be used again.
