delete blog without administrative privilege

  I have two blogs with the same name. The first blog was my initial attempt at blogging. I subsequently eliminated my first url and replaced with a new one. Unfortunately I didn’t delete my first blog. I now don’t have administrative privileges to do so. How can I delete it? (I need to delete it as search engines bring up the first blog which is supposedly inactive.)
