Delete Blogs

Hi! I have two blogs I need to delete. I don’t want to make them private, I want to permanently delete them. They are https://feedmyreadsusa.wordpress.com/ and sinfulthoughtsauthorpromo.com. I can’t seem to delete either. I have two wordpress profiles. I tried logging into the other, but neither let me delete the sites. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I also have two other blogs, but need to keep those. Please help.

The account that you are posting from is the owner of both of those sites. So that is the one you want to be logged in as.

For sinfulthoughtsauthorpromo.wordpress.com:
You cannot delete it because it has an active custom domain upgrade. You will need to move or cancel the domain before you can delete the site.
I can absolutely help you with that.Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain sinfulthoughtsauthorpromo.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using sinfulthoughtsauthorpromo.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

Thank you for your help! I did just delete the one site. With the other, would it be easier to wait until the domain upgrade ran out and then delete from there?

Either way works. Though it is probably easier for you to just have me do it now.
The most important thing is to decide if that domain is important to you in the future. If it is, we shouldn’t cancel it. If it isn’t, then it is no big thing for me to do it for you so that you can delete the site itself.

I have canceled the domain. You should be able to delete the site now using the same method as you did for the other site.
