  I try to delete our company site ‘consaltum.com.tr’. However it tells me to delete the purchased plans (premier) first. However, i can not delete the premier plan first. it says it is another username. ‘consaltumtr’. I asked for a new password for that account however i didn’t receive any. So that, i can not login with ‘consaltumtr’

  Hi there,

  Are you the owner of the other account? If not, you’ll need to contact the user who is so that they can give you the login credentials to get in. It is definitely tied to a different email than the one that is connected to the account you are contacting us from – that may be why you didn’t receive the new password email.
